No. EkaSetu is software. It doesn't place consultants, employ anyone or take a cut of your billing. Your firm keeps its clients, consultants and vendors; EkaSetu is where you run them.
Yes. Export people and placements from your ATS or spreadsheet as CSV or Excel (.xlsx) files, fill EkaSetu's template for each, check the preview, and import them; re-import to update what changed. Recruiting stays in your ATS, and EkaSetu takes over from the placement onwards.
Owners and admins only. Managers see timesheets and approvals without rates or margin; consultants, client approvers and vendors don't see your bill rates, pay rates or margin. The code checks this on every request, not just the screens.
On EkaSetu's servers, kept encrypted, in a folder of its own per company, with role-based and item-level permissions deciding who opens each document. Keeping the files in storage your company owns is planned.
